Model Release

I hereby give permission for LORI ALLEY STUDIOS to use my (and/or my children's) photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though this Model Release gives me permission to use any of your photos, please know that I would never use any of your images that you didn't love.

LORI ALLEY STUDIOS' work is always showcased in the best possible way and will never compromise or jeopardize our hard-earned reputation.
